NCS Concrete Oy is a specialist in concrete construction, established in 2007, and has grown over the years into a significant player in both Finland and Sweden. During 2025, we are unifying the group’s brand identity (formerly Helsingin Laudoitus Oy), and going forward we will operate through two business areas: NCS Concrete Oy is responsible for operations in Finland, while NCS Ab serves the Swedish market.
Our annual revenue has varied in line with construction market cycles, ranging approximately between 8–18 million €. The group employs 60–70 construction professionals, including carpenters, site managers, and operational management. In addition, we continuously engage partner personnel equivalent to approximately 30–50 person-years. Our operations are RALA-certified, reflecting our commitment to quality and responsible construction practices.

Our office and equipment storage are located in Loppi, from where we serve both domestic and international clients. We operate with an extensive range of formwork and support systems, enabling efficient execution of even large-scale projects.
